A powerful right-hand point break by the small fishing village of Paul do Mar on Madeira's south-west coast. It works on west and south-west Atlantic swell and can form a long, fast wall, but it breaks over rock close to the seawall. The wave is best left to advanced surfers comfortable with rocky entries and strong water movement.
