Avoca Beach

Intermediate Beach break Sand bottom Peels both 0.7–2.5 m Any tide

A reliable Central Coast beach break with a left point off the southern rocks and shifting sandbars that produce fun, punchy peaks. Less famous than Sydney's beaches but similarly consistent through east swells, and the village behind it has a proper surf-town feel.
