Mid tide
A consistent left-hand volcanic reef beside Playa de Las Américas. It can offer a long, fast wall on north-west swells, but the takeoff and inside section are shallow over lava rock. It is an experienced-surfer wave despite its location among the resort beaches.

Getting there
The reef is at the western end of Playa de Las Américas. Check the tide and entry carefully; resort facilities are nearby but do not make the rocky reef forgiving.
